How many LEDs do I need?

It all depends on which product you want to replace. Typically, you only need a new LED if a single one fails—and fortunately, that's rare. Our ArtiTree replacement LEDs are specifically designed to easily replace individual defective lights. So, you don't have to replace the entire set. We recommend keeping a small set on hand just in case—that way, you'll be well prepared and can quickly create festive sparkle.

Are the trees battery-operated or plug-in?

All of our trees with integrated string lights are plug-in powered – for reliable power without the need to change batteries.

When will my version be available again?

We always do our best to restock all products as quickly as possible. If it takes a while, you can sign up for a notification on the product page. You'll receive an email from us as soon as your product is back in stock.

Shipping to Denmark, Finland or Sweden costs 14.99€.
Shipping to Switzerland costs 24.99€.

Return:

A return from Germany, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Austria or the United Kingdom costs €20 for large products (e.g. tree) and €10 for small products (e.g. wreath).

Please simply affix the return label, which you receive at our Returns Center , to the outside of your return. This way, your return will always be sent to the correct address.
